Address: 7-8-10 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo (Ginza metro station)
The Ginza is an unpretentious department store in the district of the same name. It may be smaller than the Isetans, Takshimayas, and the like but it offers some of the season’s finest and smartest pieces. Global brands carried include Diane Von Furstenberg, Emilio Pucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Dries van Noten, Marni, YSL, and Manolo Blahnik. Given that Tokyo is one of the more expensive place to buy luxury brands, you should be swayed towards their more affordable private label “The Ginza” and local brands such as Dresscamp by talented Japanese designer Toshikazu Iwaya.
PS. See below the location map in English. Tokyo maps provided by Google and showed at the "Location Map" section are in Japanese.
