Reiss occupies that niche between high-fashion and mass market  and exploits it very effectively with its elegant and trendy daytime and office wear. 

Initially men’s wear only, Reiss has branched out into women’s wear with a definite English stylistic concept, and a lovely line of leather bags. 

While the prices are definitely accessible, the design, tailoring and fabric quality provide excellent value.  For ex-colonials from across the pond, think upscale Banana Republic with a little more design flair.
