Patugas is quite new to the fashion industry but has been making shoes for over half a century using its patented process of melting and forming rubber to make the soles.  In Paris, the shop at Rue St Honoré showcases the range of shoes and the variety of designs, especially noticeable are the flat shoes including ballerina styles and sneakers.  Some designs could be part of the deconstructionist school with shoes and materials that have been recycled.
