London-based designer Allegra Hicks has parlayed herself into a luxury lifestyle brand offering everything from elegant clothes to home accessories and interior fabrics.
First known for her work in interior design, Allegra designs her own fabrics with bold statements in patterns and colours. Using those talents with fabrics she moved to clothing design and not surprisingly migrated to kaftans which show off the designs and fabrics.
The Madison avenue store designed by her husband, architect Ashley Hicks, allows her a true lifestyle showcase for her clothes and interior designs, though the home accessories collection is only available at the London store.
