Most people can’t spell the name of the store but walking into it does conjure up a place where you’ve always wanted to be.
Even hardened anti-shoppers (male of course!) have been known to wander into Anthropologie in search of their better halves and linger around the watering cans or the reproduction butter churn from Provence.
